To provide a vehicle stabilizer for high stress in which fatigue life of a bending portion can be prolonged and which can exhibit excellent durability. A configuration of a bending portion 16, to which a maximum stress is applied and which is the most fragile part, of a vehicle stabilizer for high stress is formed in a state which satisfies conditions: 0 <.PHI..ltorsim. 4 and (.PHI.×d/R) .ltorsim. 2, wherein d represents a material diameter before bending process, R represents a radius of bending of the bending portion 16, d1 represents a short axis dimension of a cross section of the bending portion 16, d2 represents a long axis dimension of a cross section of the bending portion 16, and a flat rate .PHI. of a cross section of the bending portion 16 is represented by the following equation: .PHI.=(d2- d1)/d2×100. Accordingly, concentration of shearing stress on the bending portion 16 during a load input can be suppressed to prevent the vehicle stabilizer for high stress 10 from being broken due to the concentration of stress on the bending portion 16.

La présente invention concerne un stabilisateur haute résistance (10) pour véhicule, qui permet de disposer d'une excellente durabilité du fait de l'accroissement de la tenue à la fatigue des pièces courbes, et dans lequel, lorsque le rayon de courbure de ces pièces courbes (16) est R, le diamètre du matériau brut avant le cintrage est d, le petit diamètre de ces pièces courbes (16) en section transversale est d1, le grand diamètre de ces pièces courbes (16) en section transversale est d2, et la planéité f de ces pièces courbes (16) en section transversale est ? = (d2-d1)/d2x100, la forme de ces pièces courbes (16) qui sont généralement soumises à la contrainte maximale et susceptibles de se briser est principalement imprimée dans un état satisfaisant les relations 0 < f <= 4 et (f x d/R) <= 2. Ainsi, il est possible de supprimer la concentration des contraintes de cisaillement produites au niveau des pièces courbes, lorsque la charge est appliquée au stabilisateur, de même qu'il est possible d'empêcher le bris de ce stabilisateur haute résistance (10), qui peut résulter de la concentration des contraintes au niveau des pièces courbes (16).
