ABSTRACT A radio communication transceiver comprising a single VCO-synthesizer modulator for both modulating the signal to be transmitted and generating the local oscillator signal for the mixer/down-converter of the receiver. A processing circuit is also provided in order to remove an interference signal in the signal received by the transceiver which results from using the VCO-synthesizer as a local oscillator.
