The Annual Planter is designed to efficiently cut time in planting annual seedlings and plantings by digging a rectangular space in a one- step digging motion to accommodate the planting space used in common greenhouse growing apparatus, or plastic cell flats. The Annual Planter is a steel constructed gradual v-shaped planting device. The housing supports a handle at its top by the extended, or one- piece brackets on each side. The housing or cultivating mechanism consists of a rectangular top and bottom to mirror the dimensions of the planting cells. The bottom of the tool is densely serrated or corrugated to assist in digging through the soil.
