A method is provided herein for selecting and scheduling events between host and target regions. The method includes the following steps: the first step includes storing host-specific information in a host data-base. The second step includes storing a host-compatible events list. The third step includes processing information in the host data-base and the events list to select entities in the host region which are compatible with at least one event in the events list. The fourth step includes providing a target-compatible events list. The fifth step includes selecting a matching event from the list in the fourth step to the at least one event and storing that selected matching event with the entities which are selected in the third step. The final steps include repeating the first to fourth steps for at least a second event
