The invention relates to a method for producing a structural element having a low density and high temperature resistance. A plurality of hollow spheres made of a high temperature resistant material are connected together in a material fit. Adhesive bridges made of a high temperature resistant, inorganic adhesive are formed between the hollow spheres. The structural mass made of hollow spheres and adhesive is dried and cured at temperatures that are higher than the ambient temperature and are no higher than the subsequent utilisation temperature of the structural element.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément structurel de faible densité et de résistance thermique élevée, une pluralité de sphères creuses réalisées en matériau de résistance thermique élevée pouvant être connectées les unes aux autres par liaison de matière. Des ponts d'adhésif réalisés en matériau anorganique de résistance thermique élevée sont formés entre les sphères creuses. La masse structurelle composée de sphères creuses et d'adhésif est séchée et durcie à des températures allant de la température ambiante jusqu'à des températures maximales correspondant à la température d'utilisation future de l'élément structurel.
