A device for the treatment of waste water for use in a waste water disposal field, comprising, a first rotatable sediment pipe adapted to rotate about its longitudinal axis and adapted to receive waste water and dosing fluids, the first rotatable sediment pipe having perforations therein which extend along a length of the first rotatable sediment pipe, the perforations being adapted to allow waste water and dosing fluids to flow from the first rotatable sediment pipe and a first outer shell surrounding a length of the first rotatable sediment pipe and having a diameter larger than that of the first rotatable sediment pipe and being adapted to receive waste water and dosing fluids from the first rotatable sediment pipe by way of the perforations in the first rotatable sediment pipe, the first outer shell having perforations therein adapted to allow the waste water to flow from the first outer shell into the waste water disposal field.
