A release-control capsule preparation for oral administration which contains (i) granules coated with, e.g., an enteric coating material and comprising a physiologically active substance which is a compound represented by the formula (I-A) (wherein n is an integer of 1-3 and Ar represents an optionally substituted aromatic ring) or a salt thereof and a hydrophilic polymer and (ii) a fluidizing agent. The release-control composition for oral administration, which contains an imidazole derivative having steroid C17.20 lyase inhibitory activity, is significantly improved in the retention of a concentration in the blood.

La présente invention concerne une préparation de capsule à libération contrôlée destinée à une administration orale comprenant (i) des granulés recouverts d~un matériau d~enrobage gastrorésistant par exemple et comprenant une substance physiologiquement active qui est un composé représenté par la formule (I-A) (dans laquelle n est un nombre entier de 1 à 3 et Ar représente un noyau aromatique éventuellement substitué) ou un sel de celui-ci et un polymère hydrophile et (ii) un agent de fluidification. La composition à libération contrôlée destinée à une administration orale, contenant un dérivé d~imidazole présentant une activité inhibitrice de lyase C17.20 stéroïdienne, est sensiblement améliorée dans la rétention d~une concentration dans le sang.
