An anchor assembly (10) for retaining a cannula (14) or other medical instrument within a body cavity and including an inflatable member (18) selectively disposed between an expanded position and a collapsed position. A mounting assembly is cooperatively disposed and structured with a base (28), underlying the inflatable member, so as to mechanically attach the inflatable member to an exterior of the cannula. The mechanical attachment is accomplished by one or more retaining segments (40, 42) on the inflatable member being disposed in a compressed or sandwiched orientation between the base and the mounting assembly.
L'invention porte sur un ensemble de fixation destiné à retenir une canule ou autre instrument médical dans une cavité et comprenant un élément gonflable disposé sélectivement entre une position étendue et une position repliée. Un ensemble de montage est disposé et structuré de manière coopérante avec une base, sous-jacent à l'élément gonflable, de façon à fixer mécaniquement l'élément gonflable à l'extérieur de la canule. On réalise la fixation mécanique au moyen d'un ou plusieurs segments de retenue sur l'élément gonflable disposé de manière comprimée ou pris en sandwich entre la base et l'ensemble de montage.
