This application describes a tool, an arrangement, and a method of manufacturing a component. The manufacturing of the component is achieved by a resin transfer from a storage chamber via a transfer line into a working chamber. Before the resin transfer, taking place, for example by a compressed air charging of the storage chamber, the. storage chamber is filled with an amount of resin adjusted to the size of the component. Furthermore, a semi- finished product, consisting of cut-to-size reinforcement fibers, is inserted into the working chamber that is adjusted to the form of the component to be produced. Storage chamber, transfer line, and working chamber are configured in a one-piece mould casing of the tool. The application further describes a component manufactured by the above-mentioned tool or by the above-mentioned method respectively.
L'invention concerne un outil, un système et un procédé utilisés pour produire un élément. Ledit élément est obtenu par transfert de résine entre une chambre de stockage et une chambre de traitement, par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne de transfert. Avant que le transfert de résine intervienne, par exemple lors du chargement de la chambre de stockage en air comprimé, la chambre de stockage est remplie avec une quantité de résine adaptée aux dimensions de l'élément. En outre, un produit semi-fini, à base de fibres de renforcement coupées à la longueur donnée, est introduit dans la chambre de traitement qui est adaptée à la forme de l'élément à produire. La chambre de stockage, la ligne de transfert et la chambre de traitement sont configurées dans une cavité de moule monobloc de l'outil. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un élément produit au moyen dudit outil précité ou d'après le procédé précité respectivement.
