As an example, the bond (20) has a shape that includes a protrusion (30) that facilitates removal of the lid (15) from the holder (5) . A kit (60) includes a plurality of containers containing powder including amphotericin B and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The kit (60) also includes an aerosolization apparatus (1100) and instructions. As an example, the pharmaceutical composition is made from particles including amphotericin B having a mass median diameter less than about 3 µm, such as from about 1.1 µm to about 1.9 µm.
