ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE All individual compound constituents required as raw materials are first introduced into an aqueous solution in the desired quantity and mixing ratio and are uniformly dispersed therein by stirring. Subsequently, all dissolved compound constituents are precipitated (co-precipitated) in common by chemical reaction with caustic solutions or agents that form caustic solutions. They are precipitated as a uniform mixed hydroxide having an average grain size below 0.3 µ m. The precipitated solid is subsequently subjected to a re-washing and to a drying and is then calcined, dispersed with bonding agent, shaped, sintered, and finally provided with metal coats.
