The present invention claims a method of producing sterile prefilled syringe bodies. The method comprises the steps of providing a syringe body. The syringe bodies are sterilized and transferred to a sterile environment. While the syringe bodies are maintained in a sterilized condition as they are transferred to the sterile environment. A fluid substance is provided and introduced into the syringe body while the syringe body is within the sterile environment. The fluid substance is also sealed within the syringe body while the syringe body is within the sterile environment.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de corps de seringue préremplis stériles. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à : prévoir un corps de seringue ; stériliser le corps de seringue et le transférer vers un environnement stérile, le corps de seringue étant maintenu dans un état stérile pendant son transfert vers l'environnement stérile ; prévoir une matière fluide et l'introduire dans le corps de seringue pendant que celui-ci se trouve dans l'environnement stérile ; fermer hermétiquement le corps de seringue contenant le fluide pendant que ledit corps se trouve dans l'environnement stérile.
