Nitro-oxyderivative compounds or salts thereof having the following general formula (I): A-(B)b0-(C)c0-NO2 wherein: c0 is an integer and is 0 or 1, b0 is an integer and is 0 or 1, A = R-T1-, wherein R is the radical of an analgesic drug for the chronic pain, in particular for the neuropathic pain; B is such that its precursor is selected from aminoacids, hydroxyacids, polyalcohols, compounds containing at least one acid function; C is a bivalent radical containing an aliphatic, heterocyclic or aromatic radical.

L'invention concerne des composés nitro-oxydérivés, ou des sels de ceux-ci, représentés par la formule (I): A-(B)¿b0?-(C)¿c0?-NO¿2?, dans laquelle c0 est un nombre entier égal à 0 ou 1, b0 est un nombre entier égal à 0 ou 1, A = R-T¿1?-, R représente le radical d'un médicament analgésique contre les douleurs chroniques, particulièrement contre les douleurs neuropathiques; B est tel que son précurseur est sélectionné parmi les aminoacides, les hydroxyacides, les polyols, et des composés contenant au moins une fonction acide; et enfin, C représente un radical bivalent contenant un radical aliphatique, hétérocyclique ou aromatique.
