A shoe sole (1) and a shoe with such a shoe sole are disclosed, the shoe sole being provided with integrated slip prevention elements (4), which may be adjusted between an inactive and an active position by means of a central operating unit (5). Said arrangement is characterised in that the slip prevention elements, in particular in the form of spikes, are housed in individual function units and adjusted in rotation between the active and inactive position thereof by the central operating unit via at least one flexible drive element (6, 41).

L'invention concerne une semelle de chaussure (1) et une chaussure comportant une telle semelle, la semelle étant pourvue d'éléments antidérapants intégrés (4) pouvant être déplacés entre une position inactive et une position active au moyen d'une unité d'actionnement centrale (5). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que les éléments antidérapants, se présentant notamment sous forme de pointes, sont respectivement logés dans des unités fonctionnelles individuelles, et peuvent être déplacés axialement entre leur position active et leur position inactive, de façon rotative, au moyen de l'unité d'actionnement centrale, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément d'entraînement flexible (6, 41).
