The present invention relates to a medical photometer, a device which measures the integrated and spectral reflected values of a biological tissue. Since background radiation is significantly reduced and the efficiency of reception of a light scattered from a biological tissue increases significantly, the reflected values are measured more exactly. Therefore, this type of medical photometer can be used in the real-time mode for remote diagnostics of inflammatory processes including oncology, prediction of illness tendency during the treatment process, and to refine the radiation dose for laser therapy (stomach ulcers, gastritis, bronchial asthma, illnesses of the prostate). Description of the prior art There are many medical photometers for measuring the reflectivity of biological tissue. All of them measure only the integrated reflection in the narrow spectral range and use an optical fiber and an integrating sphere to receive light scattered from the tissue. Also, the power of light incident on a biological tissue is not regulated in the known solutions and therefore, the optimal power for received signals is not achieved. Because the optical transformation efficiency of an optical fiber and an integrated sphere is low and the background radiation is large in the known solutions, the signal- to-noise ratio is not sufficient to achieve the accurate reflectivity measurement required for the successful diagnosis and therapy.
