A PLP transmitting method in a mobile communication system is provided. A base station determines a forward data rate according to DRC information received from a mobile station, reads out temporary EPs of a maximum total size from the buffers, determines whether the temporary EPs can be transmitted at the data rate, forms a combination of logical EPs from the temporary EPs if the temporary EPs can be transmitted at the data rate and the total size of the temporary EPs is equal to or greater than a threshold, and transmits the logical EPs in a PLP.
L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission de PLP (paquet de couches physiques) dans un système de communication mobile. Une station de base détermine un débit de données d'émission selon une information DRC reçue d'une station mobile, extrait des tampons les paquets codeurs EP temporaires présentant une dimension totale maximum, détermine si ces EP temporaires peuvent être transmis au débit de données déterminé, crée une combinaison de EP logiques à partir des EP temporaires, si les EP temporaires peuvent être transmis à ce débit de données et si la totalité de la dimension des EP temporaires est égale ou supérieure à un seuil, puis transmet ces EP logiques dans un PLP.
