ABSTRACT The method and apparatus for anaerobic microwave reduction of organic and inorganic molecular complexes can be utilized for the reduction of molecular complexes comprised of a number of basic elements, including but not limited to: carbon, hydrogen, oxygan, nitrogen, sulpher, and chlorine. The reduction is performed with the use of focused microwave energy in an environment in which the free flow of oxygan is controlled. Complex molecules can be reduced into simpler molecular forms or reduced back to the basic elements contained in the complex.
