A masterbatch composition comprising (percent by weight): A) 50%-90% of a crystalline polypropylene component comprising: AI) from 25% to 75% of a fraction having a melt flow rate MFRI of from 0.1 to 10 g/10 min.; and AII) from 75% to 25% of a fraction having a melt flow rate value MFRII equal to or lower than 100 g/10 min.; wherein the ratio MFRI/MFRII is from 5 to 60; and B) 10%-50% of a copolymer component of ethylene and at least one C3-C10 .alpha.- olefin, containing from 15% to 50% of ethylene; said masterbatch composition having a value of the intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] of the fraction soluble in xylene at room temperature equal to or higher than 3.5 dl/g, is added to polyolefin materials to obtain final compositions suitable for injection molding.

Cette invention concerne une composition de mélange maître comprenant ( en % de poids) (A) un composant polypropylène cristallin constitué A<SP>I</SP>) par 25 à 75 % d'une fraction dont le débit à l'état fondu MFR<SP>I</SP> se situe entre 0,1 et 19g/10 mn ; et A<SP>II</SP>) par 75 à 25 % d'une fraction dont le débit à l'état fondu MFR<SP>II </SP>est égal ou inférieur à 100g/10 mn, le rapport MFR<SP>I</SP>/ MFR<SP>II</SP> étant compris entre 5 et 60 ; et (B) de 10 à 50 % d'un composant copolymère d'éthylène et au moins une .alpha.-oléfine en C¿3?-C¿10? contenant de 15 à 50 % d'éthylène. Ladite composition de mélange maître, dont la valeur de viscosité intrinsèque [.eta.] de la fraction soluble dans le xylène à température ambiante est égale ou supérieure à 3,5 dl/g, est ajoutée à des matériaux oléfiniques pour l'obtention d'une composition finale convenant pour le moulage par injection.
