The invention relates to a device for treating tumours (1), said device comprising a generator (5) having at least one current source, and at least two needle-shaped electrodes (6, 7, 8, 6', 7', 8') by which means currents can be conducted into the tumour (1) and out of the tumour (1). The inventive device is characterised in that a control system is provided, by which means the currents can be respectively limited to a maximum value by each electrode (6, 7, 8, 6', 7', 8').

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de traiter des tumeurs (1), qui comprend au moins un générateur (5) comportant une source de courant et au moins deux électrodes (6, 7, 8, 6', 7', 8') sous forme d'aiguilles, au moyen desquelles du courant peut être injecté dans la tumeur (1) et en être ressorti. Ledit dispositif se caractérise en ce qu'il est prévu une commande au moyen de laquelle le courant peut être limité dans chaque cas à une valeur maximale par chaque électrode (6, 7, 8, 6', 7', 8').
