Circuit including an insulating support covered, on at least part of its surface, by a fine conducting layer (7), with a geometrical shape corresponding to the layout selected for the circuit, said conducting layer having one or more very fine grooves (9) of a depth exceeding 1 mu m etched within the support. The groove(s) (9) is(are) fully filled with at least two superposed components. The first, located at the bottom of the groove, consist(s) of a highly conductive material (conducting wire or conducting section, a conducting substance obtained by treating a liquid, powder or paste-like precursor material (10) placed in the groove beforehand). The last, which serves to seal off the groove, is obtained by treating a conducting or non-conducting liquid, powder or paste-like precursor material, the treatments giving the precursor materials their hard consistency and their final properties. The conducting layer (7) is so deposited as to be in contact with the conducting component(s) placed in the groove before filling, at an intermediate stage, or after sealing off said groove.
Ce circuit comporte un support isolant recouvert, sur au moins une partie de sa surface, par une fine couche conductrice (7), de forme géométrique correspondant au schéma choisi pour le circuit; ladite couche conductrice étant parcourue par un ou plusieurs sillons très fins (9) gravés dans le support, d'une profondeur supérieure à 1 µm; le ou les sillons (9) étant entièrement remplis par au moins deux composants superposés: le(s) premier(s), situé(s) au fond du sillon, constitué(s) par un matériau fortement conducteur (fil conducteur ou profilé conducteur, une substance conductrice obtenue par traitement d'un matériau précurseur (10), liquide, pulvérulent ou pâteux, mis en place au préalable dans le sillon); le dernier, assurant le rebouchage du sillon, obtenu par traitement d'un matériau précurseur (11) liquide, pulvérulent ou pâteux, conducteur ou non; les traitements ayant donné aux matériaux précurseurs leur consistance dure et leurs propriétés définitives; la couche conductrice (7) étant déposée pour être en contact avec le(s) composant(s) conductuer(s) placé(s) dans le sillon avant remplissage, à un stade intermédiaire, ou après rebouchage du sillon.
