The invention concerns triazolo[4,3-a]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-one derivatives, their regioisomers, their salts and their solvates if any, their preparation, the compositions containing them and their use. Said derivatives have PDE4 inhibiting and/or TNF.alpha. releasing properties, and can therefore be used for treating or preventing numerous diseases by inhibiting PDE4 and by the resulting increase of the AMPc level.

L'invention concerne des dérivés de triazolo[4,3-a]pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5- ones, leurs régioisomères, leurs sels et leurs solvates s'ils existent, leur préparation, les compositions qui les contiennent et leur utilisation. Ces dérivés possèdent des propriétés inhibitrices de PDE4 et/ou de la libération de TNF.alpha., et peuvent donc être utilisés pour le traitement ou la prévention de nombreuses affections grâce à une inhibition de l'enzyme PDE4 et à l'augmentation résultante du niveau d'AMPc.
