A portable, modular garment steamer includes a carriage and steamer body detachably mounted thereon. The steam body includes a water tank, a reservoir and a steam chamber having a water heating element. A steam hose connected to the steam chamber permits a user to control the direction of steam exiting the steamer. The carriage includes wheels making the assembly movable. In addition the steamer body includes a carrying strap providing for portability when separated from the carriage. On/off switches as well as a thermostat and/or a timer permit the control and selective operation of a water heating element to control the generation of steam.
La présente invention concerne une centrale vapeur portable et modulaire pour vêtements comprenant un chariot et un corps de centrale vapeur monté sur celui-ci de manière amovible. Le corps de centrale vapeur comprend une cuve à eau, un réservoir et une chambre à vapeur possédant un élément pour le chauffage de l'eau. Un tuyau à vapeur relié à la chambre à vapeur permet à un utilisateur de contrôler la direction de la vapeur sortant de la centrale vapeur. Le chariot comprend des roues, l'ensemble étant ainsi mobile. En outre, le corps de centrale vapeur comprend une sangle de support qui lui permet d'être porté lorsqu'il est séparé du chariot. Des interrupteurs ainsi qu'un thermostat et/ou un minuteur permettent de contrôler et d'utiliser de manière sélective un élément pour le chauffage de l'eau afin de contrôler la production de vapeur.
