The invention concerns a method and device for heating and cooling buildings. During heating for cooling, the air heated by geothermal heat energy and supplied from the subterranean layers is circulated at least in the air duct of a heat-insulating air-circulation system (11), which is preferably provided with an inner heat-insulating air gap, an air duct and an outer heat- insulating air gap and, from the room interior, covers the walls (8, 9), delimiting the outer environment and other unheated rooms, and ceiling parts (4) of the room to be heated or cooled. At the same time, the outer ambient temperature (tk) is continuously measured by a thermostat (48) mounted outside the building. When the condition t1 tk - 1 ~C is satisfied, t1 being the temperature of the air circulating in the air duct, during heating, the air circulation is interrupted by means of the thermostat (48) and further heating of the interior (19) to a desired temperature, if necessary, is ensured by means of additional heaters which are preferably associated with the room. In contrast, when the room is cooled, the air, which is maintained at a given temperature by geothermal heat energy, is made to circulate when the temperature, which is continuously measured by means of a thermostat (47) disposed in the room, exceeds a given value. The air circulation is interrupted when the room temperature measured drops below a given value. The invention further concerns a heat-insulating wall covering which forms the heat-insulating air-circulation system according to the invention and comprises parquet-like plastics elements which can be joined to one another.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de chauffage et de refroidissement de bâtiments. Pendant le chauffage ou le refroidissement, l'air chauffé par l'énergie géothermique est amené depuis des couches souterraines et mis en circulation au moins dans le conduit d'air d'un système de circulation d'air thermo-isolant (11), qui est, de préférence, pourvu d'un espace vide isolant intérieur, d'un conduit d'air et d'un espace vide isolant extérieur, et qui, depuis l'intérieur de la pièce, recouvre les murs (8, 9) délimitant l'environnement extérieur et d'autres pièces non chauffées, et des parties de plafond (4) de la pièce à chauffer ou refroidir. Simultanément, la température ambiante extérieure (t¿k?) est mesurée en continu par un thermostat (48) monté à l'extérieur du bâtiment. Lorsque t¿1? ? t¿k? - 1 ·C, t¿1? représentant la température de l'air circulant dans le conduit d'air, pendant le chauffage, la circulation d'air est interrompue par le thermostat (48) et un chauffage complémentaire de l'espace intérieur (19) à une température désirée est, si nécessaire, assuré par des éléments de chauffage additionnels, qui sont, de préférence, associés à la pièce. Au contraire, lorsque la pièce est refroidie, l'air, qui est maintenu à une température donnée par l'énergie géothermique, est mis en circulation lorsque la température, qui est mesurée en continu par un thermostat (47) placé dans la pièce, dépasse une valeur donnée. La circulation d'air est interrompue lorsque la température de la pièce mesurée tombe en-dessous d'une valeur donnée. L'invention concerne en outre un revêtement de murs thermo-isolant qui constitue le système de circulation d'air thermo-isolant selon l'invention et comprend des éléments en matière plastique pouvant être assemblés comme des lames de parquet.
