A compound represented by formula (I), wherein ring M is a heterocyclic ring wherein formula (a) is one of -N=C, -CO-N or -CS-N; Ra and Rb are bonded to each other to form Ring A, or they are the same or different and represent, independently, a hydrogen atom or a substituent on the Ring M; Ring A and Ring B represent, independently, an optionally substituted homocyclic or heterocyclic ring, with the proviso that at least one of them is an optionally substituted heterocyclic ring; Ring C is an optionally substituted homocyclic or heterocyclic ring; Ring Z is an optionally substituted nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring; and n is an integer from 1 to 6, or a salt thereof has a tachykinin receptor antagonistic activity in vitro, and is useful for preventing or treating depression, anxiety, manic-depressive illness or psychopathy.
L'invention concerne un composé correspondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle: le noyau M est un noyau hétérocyclique où la formule (a) représente un des groupes -N=C?, -CO-N? ou -CS-N?; R?a¿ et R?b ¿sont liés l'un à l'autre pour former le noyau A, ou bien sont identiques ou différents et représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène ou un substituant placé sur le noyau M; le noyau A et le noyau B sont, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un noyau homocyclique ou hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué, à condition qu'au moins l'un deux soit un noyau hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué; le noyau C est un noyau homocyclique ou hétérocyclique éventuellement substitué; le noyau Z est un noyau hétérocyclique contenant de l'azote, éventuellement substitué; et n représente un nombre entier pouvant aller de 1 à 6. Ce composé ou un sel de celui-ci présentent, in vitro, une activité antagoniste vis-à-vis du récepteur de tachykinine, et sont utiles dans la prévention ou le traitement de la dépression, de l'anxiété, de maladies maniacodépressives ou de psychopathies.
