This invention provides a compound of formula (I) and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, wherein R1 is C1-C6 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen C1-C6 alkyl, halo C1-C6 alkyl or phenyl; R3 is hydrogen or halo; R4 and R5 are independently hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or halo C1-C6 alkyl; and n is one, two or three. These compounds are useful as analgesics or anti-inflammatory agents, or in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases allergic disorders, angiogenesis, CNS disorders, emesis, gastrointestinal disorders, sunburn, urinary incontinence, or diseases, disorders or adverse conditions caused by Helicobacter pylori, or the like, in a mammalian subject, especially humans. Intermediates for preparation of the compounds of formula (I) are also disclosed.

L'invention concerne un composé correspondant à la formule (I) et ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Dans ladite formule, R<1> représente alkyle C1-C6, R<2> représente hydrogène, alkyle C1-C6, haloalkyle C1-C6 ou phényle, R<3> représente hydrogène ou halo, R<4> et R<5> représentent indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle C1-C6 ou haloalkyle C1-C6, et n vaut 1, 2 ou 3. De tels composés sont utiles en tant qu'analgésiques ou agents anti-inflammatoires, ou bien dans le traitement de maladies cardiovasculaires, de troubles allergiques, de l'angiogénèse, de troubles du système nerveux central, des vomissements, des troubles gastro-intestinaux, des érythèmes solaires, de l'incontinence urinaire ou bien de maladies, troubles ou états défavorables dus à Helicobacter pilori, ou analogues, chez un mammifère, en particulier chez l'homme.
