An Artificial Intelligence or computer can write its own Algorithms. The missing components of algorithms is variables. The probability of each type of variable type is partially dependent on which subject (knowledge - experience)/system and depth the reader want in the outputs. Variables changes in quality, quantity and condition as (metric or soft criteria eg. modalities) indicating/events are analyzed. The changes outdate and updates understanding; knowledge of the input/interactions (eg. timing) factors now, how past effects the way we are able to handle the changing variables (eg. Stock Market Charting), or past information is relevant (GP 1%; GV) and can be applied to future to predict outlook (future scenarios).
