The new compounds have one of the following general formulas (I), (II) and (III) Image (I) Image (II) - 2 - Image (III) wherein R is hydrogen or an acyl radical, and R1 is a group of the formula -OR2 wherein R2 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical, and the corresponding acid or basic addition salts pharmaceutically acceptable. Such new compounds have immunostimulating activity.
