A package for a plurality of parallelepipedal objects has a packing-paper tray and a stabilizing strap. The tray has an annularly continuous band engaging around bases of the objects arranged in a row with side faces of the objects flatly engaging one another, and a floor element engaging underneath the objects. The strap is continuous and has one end secured to the tray, a side portion extending vertically upward from the tray along the objects, a top portion extending horizontally from the end portion across upper surfaces of the objects, another side portion extending downward from the top portion along the objects, and an opposite end secured to the tray. The strap is snugly engaged around the objects and presses the objects together. This strap can be provided with a handle for lifting the package so that when the package is lifted the strap presses the objects together. The package provides a simple and economical way of holding a plurality of parallelepipedal objects in a stable array.
