A procedure is provided wherein a serving general packet radio service (GPRS) support node (14) enables a mobile station to access point name (APN) to which the mobile is not subscribed wherein the SGSN (14) makes a determination if the requested packet data protocol and APN received from the mobile station are the same as those to which the mobile station (10) is subscribed. In the event that the mobile station is not subscribed to the PDP type and requested APN, the SGSN informs the mobile that APN requested is not authorized and if the mobile station desires to continue it must agree to the terms and conditions and to provide credit card information in order to obtain the requested APN.
L'invention concerne une procédure dans laquelle un noeud support (SGSN) (14) de service GPRS permet à une station mobile d'accéder à un nom de point d'accès (APN) auquel la station mobile n'est pas abonnée, dans laquelle le SGSN (14) détermine si le protocole de données par paquet demandé et l'APN reçu de la station mobile (10) sont les mêmes que ceux auxquels la station est abonnée. Dans le cas où la station mobile n'est pas abonnée au type de PDP et à l'APN demandé, le SGSN informe le mobile que l'APN demandé n'est pas autorisé et que si la station mobile souhaite continuer elle doit agréer les termes et les conditions et fournir une information de carte de crédit de façon à obtenir l'APN demandé.
