The invention relates to the field of therapeutic chemistry, in particular the field of pharmaceutical hormone technology. More specifically, the invention relates to novel hormonal pharmaceutical compositions comprising an oestrogen-progesterone combination consisting of an oestrogen compound and a progesterone compound combined or mixed with one or more pharmaceutically compatible, inert, non-toxic excipient that is/are suitable for oral administration. The invention also relates to the use of said oestrogen-progesterone mixture in which the oestrogen component and the progesterone component are administered in a combined manner. This combination can be prescribed continuously or intermittently, for treating oestrogen-progesterone deficiencies, for preventing osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases in menopausal women. The invention also relates to a method for producing these novel pharmaceutical oestrogen-progesterone compositions.
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie thérapeutique et plus particulièrement au domaine de la technique pharmaceutique hormonale. Elle a plus précisément pour objet de nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques hormonales formées d'une association estroprogestative constituée d'un composé estrogène et d'un composé progestatif, en association ou en mélange avec un ou plusieurs excipients non toxiques, inertes, pharmaceutiquement acceptables, destinées à l'administration par voie orale. La présente invention concerne aussi l'utilisation du mélange estroprogestatif dans lequel le composant estrogénique et le composant progestatif sont administrés de façon combinée. L'association combinée peut être prescrite de façon continue ou intermittente, en vue de la réalisation d'une composition destinée à traiter les carences estrogéniques, à prévenir l'ostéoporose et les maladies cardio- vasculaires chez la femme ménopausée. L'invention a encore pour objet un procédé de préparation de ces nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques estroprogestatives.
