The invention relates to a connector (6, 7, 18, 23) comprising at least one free-standing pin (8 to 11; 19 to 22; 24, 25), which can be connected to a conductor of a printed circuit board (28). For producing the connector, a profiled, prism or rod-shaped starting body (30) is, on one end thereof, machined by turning around an axis (A) in such a way that the at least one pin is formed from an edge or profiling of the starting body (30). The method is significantly more economical than prior art milling methods and results in the production of especially stabile pins in the case of an extruded starting body.
L'invention concerne un connecteur (6, 7, 18, 23) qui présente au moins une broche libre (8 à 11; 19 à 22; 24, 25) pouvant être couplée au conducteur d'une carte imprimée (28). Pour produire le connecteur, un corps initial (30) profilé, en forme de prisme ou de barre, est tourné au moins à son extrémité autour d'un axe (A) de telle façon que la ou les broche(s) soit/soient formée(s) à partir d'un bord ou d'un partie profilée du corps initial (30). Ce procédé est bien plus économique que le fraisage précédent et donne des broches particulièrement stables dans le cas d'un corps initial étiré.
