The invention relates to the use of ascorbic acid or one of its physiologically tolerable salts for producing a medicament which contains 5 to 50g of ascorbic acid and is used as an adjuvant in the removal of occular occlusions. The invention also relates to combined preparations which contain large-dose ascorbic acid together with .alpha.-tocopherol compounds and/or thrombolytically active compounds.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation de l'acide ascorbique ou d'un de ses sels physiologiquement tolérables pour produire un médicament qui contient 5 à 50 g d'acide ascorbique et qui est utilisé comme adjuvant lors de l'élimination d'occlusions vasculaires. L'invention concerne également des préparations combinées contenant une forte dose d'acide ascorbique ainsi que des composés d'.alpha.-tocophérol et/ou des composés à action thrombolytique.
