In a wireless communication system, when a wireless base station (10) never permits a connection to a wireless terminal (20) which re-quests a connection in accordance with a first con-nection processing, the wireless base station (10) performs a control to apply a second connection processing different from the first connection pro-cessing upon subsequent request for a connection from the wireless terminal (20).
