The syringe outer cylinder is split into a front chamber outer cylinder and a rear chamber outer cylinder. The powdered medicine is sealed in a sterilized state in the front chamber outer cylinder. The liquid medicine is sealed in a sterilized state in the rear chamber outer cylinder. Thereafter, the front chamber outer cylinder is coupled to the rear chamber outer cylinder with a coupling component. and the dual chamber prefillable syringe is associated. Therefore, the sealing works of the powdered medicine and the liquid medicine can be treated in parallel.
