The lubricant coalescing filter element (42) is provided that includes a cylindrical outer screen member (206), at least one filter element (202, 204) disposed inside the cylindrical outer screen member (206) and being coaxial with the outer screen member (206), and a drainage arrangement (300) disposed between the cylindrical outer screen member (206) and the at least one filter element (202, 204) to drain accumulated lubricant out of the at least one filter element (202, 204).
