Novel pyridylsolfonylureas Abstract (Cyclopropyl-triazinyl- and cyclopropyl-pyrimidinyl-)pyridylsulfonylureas of formula I Image (I), wherein R and R1 are each independently of the other hydrogen or methyl; R2 is methyl, methoxy or ethoxy; and E is nitrogen or the methine group; and the salts of those compounds, have good selective herbicidal properties. The prepara- tion of those compounds and the use thereof as herbicidal active ingredients are described.
