The invention refers to a medication delivery device (1) comprising: a housing (3) having a proximal and a distal end, a medication receptacle (2) designed to be engaged with the housing (3), a piston rod (17) which is moveable in a distal di-rection for medication delivery and a drive device for rotating the piston rod in a first rotational direction and thereby moving the piston rod (17) in the distal direction for medication delivery; The piston rod comprises two threaded sections (15, 16), wherein a first threaded section (15) is provided for threaded engagement with a reset element (11) and a second threaded section (16) is provided for threaded engagement with the drive device and wherein the threads in the first and second threaded sections (15, 16) are oppositely disposed, wherein in an operational state the reset element (11) is prevented from rotation with respect to the housing (3), the piston rod (17) being prevented from moving in a proximal direction, and in a resetting state the reset element (11) is allowed to rotate with respect to the housing (3), the medication delivery device being resettable by rotating the piston rod (17) and the reset element (11) in a second rotational direction and thereby moving the piston rod (17) in the proximal direction.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution de médicaments (1) comprenant : un boîtier (3) doté d'une extrémité proximale et d'une extrémité distale, un réceptacle de médicaments (2) conçu pour coopérer avec le boîtier (3), une tige de piston (17) qui est mobile dans la direction distale afin de distribuer des médicaments, et un dispositif d'entraînement destiné à faire tourner le piston dans une première direction de rotation et ainsi déplacer la tige de piston (17) dans la direction distale pour distribuer les médicaments. La tige de piston comprend deux parties filetées (15, 16), la première partie filetée (15) assurant une mise en contact par filetage avec un élément de remise à l'état initial (11) et la seconde partie filetée (16) assurant une mise en contact par filetage avec le dispositif d'entraînement, les filets des première et seconde parties filetées (15, 16) étant opposés.
