The invention concerns a pre-crystalline intraocular implant adapted to be implanted between the front face of the crystalline lens and the iris. It comprises an optical part (31) and a haptic part. Said haptic part comprises a haptic ring (32) surrounding the optical part (31), a peripheral band (34) and branches (33) linking the haptic ring (32) and the peripheral band (34). The rear face of the implant comprises a central portion with spherical surface having a first radius, a second annular spherical portion having a radius greater that the first radius and a third concentric portion with spherical surface having a radius greater than the second radius. The invention is useful for correcting ametropia of a phakic eye.

Un implant intraoculaire précristallinien est adapté à être implanté entre la face antérieure du cristallin et l'iris. Il comprend une partie optique (31) et une partie haptique. Cette partie haptique comporte un anneau haptique (32) entourant la partie optique (31), une couronne périphérique (34) et des bras (33) reliant l'anneau haptique (32) et la couronne périphérique (34). La face postérieure de l'implant comporte une portion de surface sphérique centrale d'un premier rayon, une deuxième portion sphérique annulaire de rayon plus grand que le premier rayon et une troisième portion de surface sphérique concentrique d'un rayon plus grand que le rayon. Utilisation notamment pour corriger l'amétropie d'un oeil phaque.
