Abstract Pyridyl Derivatives This invention relates to new pyridyl derivatives of formula I ( I) Image (wherein R1 to R6, A, X and n are defined as in claim 1) the isomers and addition salts thereof, which have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly antithrombotic activity and thromboxane-mediated activities. The new compounds have an effect on PGE2-production and are also simultaneously thromboxane antagonists (TRA) and thromboxane synthesis inhibitors (TSH).
