Disclosed herein are a mould for one-step injecting and blowing molding product of plastic hollow container with single station and an application thereof. The mould comprises an injection mould assembly and a blow mould assembly. The injection mould assembly comprises a movable die (1) and a fixed die (2) arranged horizontally in the direction of right and left. The opening and closing of the movable die (1) and the fixed die (2) is controlled by the first drive motor. The fixed die (2) is provided lengthways with at least one line of parison-cavity (201), and the movable die (1) is fixed lengthways with at least one line of mandrel with blow opening corresponding to the parison-cavity (201) of the fixed die (2). Each line of the mandrel is provided with a blow mould assembly comprising two mould plates, which locate respectively on both sides of the mandrel. The inner side of every mould plate has at least one line of finished product opening corresponding to the mandrel. The opening and closing of the two mould plates is controlled by the third drive motor. Using the mould, injecting and blowing product can be finished once on the general injector.
La présente invention concerne un moule pour le moulage par injection-soufflage en une seule opération d'un récipient creux en plastique avec un seul poste, et une application correspondante. Le moule comprend un ensemble de moulage par injection et un ensemble de moulage par soufflage. L'ensemble de moulage par injection comprend une matrice mobile (1) et une matrice fixe (2) disposées horizontalement en allant de droite à gauche. L'ouverture de la matrice mobile (1) et de la matrice fixe (2) est commandée par le premier moteur d'entraînement. La matrice fixe (2) est pourvue, dans le sens de la longueur, d'au moins une ligne de cavités de paraisons (201), la matrice mobile (1) étant fixée dans le sens de la longueur au moyen d'au moins une ligne de mandrins pourvus d'une ouverture de soufflage correspondant à la cavité de paraison (201) de la matrice fixe (2). Chaque ligne du mandrin est pourvue d'un ensemble de moulage par soufflage comprenant deux plaques de moules qui se situent respectivement des deux côtés du mandrin. Le côté intérieur de chaque plaque de moules comporte au moins une ligne d'ouvertures à produit fini correspondant au mandrin. L'ouverture et fermeture des deux plaques de moules est commandée par le troisième moteur d'entraînement. L'utilisation du moule permet la finition en une seule opération sur l'injecteur général du produit injecté-moulé.
