An oil water coalescing separator has a coalescing chamber containing oil coalescing media. The separator is preferably substantially transparent so that the thickness of the band of coalesced tramp oil can be visually discerned at a glance. The separator preferably has magnets so the separator can be hung on a machine off the floor.

L'invention porte sur un séparateur huile/eau par coalescence comportant une chambre contenant une substance coalesçant l'huile. Le séparateur est de préférence transparent pour permettre de discerner d'un regard l'épaisseur de la bande d'huile étrangère coalescée; il est par ailleurs muni d'aimants permettant de le fixer en hauteur sur une machine.
