Abstract: Disclosed is a hepatocyte-growth agent which comprises a polysaccharide or a derivative thereof, heparin, heparan sulfate, chondroitin sulfate and dextran sulfate and a hepatocyte-growth factor (hHGF) obtained by purification of plasma or recombination, by which activity of the hHGF is strengthened, and an hHGF molecule is stabilized.
