Sustained release micropellets showing a stable controlled-release of a drug without being affected by the changes in pH value etc., characterized by being produced by coating core particles with a layer containing a water-soluble drug and further forming a film layer containing a water-insoluble polymer compound and a plasticizer on the thus obtained particles, locating a water-soluble filler layer between the water soluble drug-containing layer and the film layer, and having an average particle size of 300 g m or less; medicinal compositions containing these micropellets; and a process for producing the same.
La présente invention concerne des micro-pastilles à libération prolongée permettant la libération prolongée stable d'un médicament sans être affectées par les changements de pH, etc. L'invention se caractérise en ce que les micro-pastilles sont produites par revêtement de granules centrales avec une couche contenant un médicament soluble dans l'eau, et par formation d'un film contenant un composé polymère insoluble dans l'eau et un plastifiant appliqué sur les granules ainsi obtenues, lesdites micro-pastilles présentant une couche de charge soluble dans l'eau appliquée entre la couche contenant le médicament soluble dans l'eau et le film, et ayant une taille de grain moyenne de 300 µm ou moins. L'invention a également pour objet des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdites micro-pastilles, et un procédé destiné à la production desdites micro-pastilles.
