The present application relates to retroviral and lentiviral vectors comprising a promoter for RNA polymerase, a polylinker and a nucleic acid encoding a small hairpin RNA (shRNA) specific for a target gene. Upon introduction of said shRNA into cells, degradation of target gene messenger RNA is induced by RNA interference.

L'invention concerne des vecteurs rétroviraux et lentiviraux comprenant un promoteur d'ARN polymérase, un lieur multisite et un acide nucléique codant un petit ARN en épingle à cheveux (shRNA) spécifique d'un gène cible.
