A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving downlink control information in a mobile communication system supporting an uplink packet data service are provided. To transmit packet data in an HARQ mobile communication system, a second transceiver receives an RG as rate control information from a first transceiver. The second transceiver sets the allowed maximum data rate of an HARQ process to which the RG is applied to the allowed maximum data rate of an HARQ process previous to the HARQ process, if the RG indicates hold. The second transceiver transmits packet data within the set allowed maximum data rate to the first transceiver.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à l'émission et à la réception d'informations de contrôle en liaison descendante dans un système de communication mobile prenant en charge un service de transmission de paquets de données en liaison montante. Pour émettre des paquets de données dans un système de communication mobile à requête automatique hybride (HARQ), un second émetteur-récepteur reçoit une autorisation relative (RG) faisant office d'informations de contrôle de débit, transmise par un premier émetteur-récepteur. Le second émetteur-récepteur règle le débit maximal autorisé d'un procédé HARQ auquel la RG est appliquée au débit maximal autorisé d'un procédé HARQ avant la mise en oeuvre du procédé HARQ, si la RG indique une mise en attente. Le second émetteur-récepteur transmet des paquets de données au débit maximal autorisé au premier émetteur-récepteur.
