A surgical device (1) for endoscopic surgical procedures capable of preventing injuries to internal organs during insertion. The surgical device (1) can include one or more of the following: at least one sharp bladed edge (14), a mechanical tissue protection device that includes a series of thin plastic guards (3) sliding along the sides of the blade edges (14) and having an angle between their edges smaller than that of the at least blade edge (14), one or more fixed conical deflectors (4) to expand the cut tissue passage leaving the guards (3) to contact tissue contact only at their tips (14a, 14b), an insufflation passage (23) configured to transport fluid into the body cavity during penetration, a locking system (figs. 16 and 17) for the guards that prevents accidental reuse of the cutting features, and/or ergonomic design which facilitates handling.
L'invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical conçu pour des interventions chirurgicales endoscopiques permettant d'empêcher des lésions dans des organes internes lors d'une insertion. Ce dispositif chirurgical peut comprendre un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants: au moins un bord tranchant; un dispositif mécanique de protection des tissus qui comprend une série de protections fines en plastique coulissant le long des côtés des bords tranchants, dont l'angle entre leurs bords est inférieur à celui situé entre les bords tranchants; un ou plusieurs déflecteurs coniques fixés destinés à dilater un passage coupé dans le tissu qui permettent aux protections de n'entrer en contact avec le tissu qu'avec leurs embouts; un passage d'insufflation conçu pour acheminer un liquide dans une cavité du corps pendant la pénétration; un système de blocage pour les protections qui empêche une réutilisation accidentelle des équipements de coupe, et/ou une conception ergonomique qui facilite la manipulation.
