The present invention is concerned with novel compounds having formula (I), the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and the stereo- chemically isomeric forms thereof, their use as a medicine, wherein Alk represents C1- 4alkanediyl; D is a bicyclic heterocycle of formula (a) or (b) wherein each R1 independently is C2-6alkenyl; C2-6alkynyl; C3-6cycloalkyl optionally substituted with C1- 4alkyl; C1-19alkyl optionally substituted with C3-6cycloalkyl, halo, C1-6alkyloxy or cyano; and each R2 independently is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl. Novel compounds; compositions; processes for preparing novel compounds and intermediates are described.

La présente invention se rapporte à de nouveaux composés de la formule (I), aux sels d'addition acide pharmacologiquement acceptables ainsi qu'aux formes isomères de façon stéréochimique. Dans cette formule, Alk représente alcanediyle; D est un hétérocycle bicyclique de formule (a) ou (b) dans laquelle chaque R<1> est indépendamment alcényle C2-6, alcynyle C2-6, cycloalkyle C3-6 facultativement substitué par alkyle C1-4, alkyle C1-19 facultativement substitué par cycloalkyle C3-6, halo, alkyloxy C1-6 ou cyano; et chaque R<2> est indépendamment hydrogène ou alkyle C1-4.
