The invention relates to an ancillary equipment for exerting and maintaining a force on a portion of the vertebral column with a view to correcting and/or maintaining the shape and/or the forces exerted on the vertabrae before and during the fixing operation of implanted rachidian instrumentation, comprising at least two active extremities (4, 5, 6) intended to cooperate respectively with two distinct vertabrae, characterized in that it is comprised of means to modify and maintain the relative positions of the active extremities (4, 5, 6) in at least three orthogonal directions, by modifying and maintaining the relative position of each active extremity (4, 5, 6) in at least one of said directions.
L'invention concerne un matériel ancillaire permettant d'exercer et de maintenir des contraintes sur une portion de la colonne vertébrale en vue de corriger et/ou de maintenir la forme et/ou les efforts exercés sur les vertèbres avant et pendant la pose d'une instrumentation rachidienne implantée, comprenant au moins deux extrémités d'action (4, 5, 6) destinées à coopérer respectivement avec deux vertèbres distinctes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour modifier et maintenir les positions relatives des extrémités d'action (4, 5, 6) selon au moins trois directions orthogonales, en modifiant et en maintenant la position relative de chaque extrémité d'action (4, 5, 6) selon au moins une de ces directions.
