[PROBLEMS] To provide a polypeptide specific to liver cancer, a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide, and an RNA molecule inhibiting the expression of the polypeptide. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A polypeptide containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1; a polypeptide having a homology of at least 80% with the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and having an immunogenicity of inducing the production of an antibody against a polypeptide containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1; nucleotide fragments thereof; a polynucleotide encoding the above polypeptide and its fragment; and an RNA molecule having a partial sequence corresponding to an mRNA encoding a polypeptide containing the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1.
L'invention vise à mettre au point un polypeptide spécifique du cancer du foie, un polynucléotide codant le polypeptide et une molécule d'ARN inhibant l'expression du polypeptide. A cet effet, il est prévu un polypeptide contenant la séquence d'aminoacide de SEQ ID NO:1, un polypeptide présentant au moins 80 % d'homologie avec la séquence d'aminoacide de SEQ ID NO:1 et présentant une antigénicité permettant d'induire la production d'un anticorps à l'encontre d'un polypeptide contenant la séquence d'aminoacide de SEQ ID NO:1 ; ses fragments de nucléotide ; un polynucléotide codant le polypeptide mentionné ci-dessus et son fragment ; et une molécule d'ARN présentant une séquence partielle correspondant à un ARNm codant un polypeptide contenant la séquence d'aminoacide de SEQ ID NO:1.
