[Problem] To enable the transfer coating of an elaborate and fine pattern of hot melt adhesive onto a workpiece, and to extend the service life of the first roll and the doctor blade. [Solving Approach] To form a predetermined pattern of hollows on the surface of the first roll and at the same time to form a pattern of protrusions on the surface of the second roll. that differs from that on the first roll. By this approach, the adhesive is transferred only to the protrusions of said second roll even if excess adhesive remains in the hollows of the first roll and even if some adhesive remains in areas other than the hollows. Accordingly, a necessary and sufficient: amount of adhesive can be transferred onto the workpiece without the simultaneous transfer of any stains. In this way, an elaborate, fine, and clear pattern without any spreading and/or loss of shape can be obtained. Furthermore, there is no need to intensively scrape excess adhesive off the surface of the first roll with the doctor blade, which in turn allows the force used to press the doctor blade against the first roll to be reduced, the result being an extension of service life for both the first roll and the doctor blade.
Problème] Réaliser le transfert d'un adhésif thermofusible sur une pièce selon un motif complexe et fin, et allonger la durée de vie utile du premier rouleau d'enduction et du racle. Solution] Former sur la surface du premier rouleau d'enduction une série de creux selon un motif prédéterminé et, en même temps, réaliser sur la surface du second rouleau d'enduction une série de bosses selon un motif différent de celui du premier rouleau. De cette manière, l'adhésif est transféré uniquement aux bosses du second rouleau même en cas d'excès d'adhésif dans les creux du premier et même si une certaine quantité d'adhésif subsiste ailleurs que dans les creux. En conséquence, on réalise le transfert de la quantité nécessaire d'adhésif sans plus sur la pièce tout en évitant le transfert simultané de souillures. De cette façon, on obtient un motif complexe, fin et net sans maculage ni perte de forme. De plus, il n'est plus nécessaire de racler à force l'excès d'adhésif sur la surface du premier rouleau à l'aide du racle, ce qui permet de réduire la pression appliquée sur celui-ci pour le plaquer contre le premier rouleau et, partant, d'allonger la durée de vie utile et du premier rouleau et du racle.
